The visit of Indian Pharmaceutical delegation to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on March 12-13, 2015.
1. 50 pharmaceutical companies of India under the aegis of Pharmexcil visited Kyrgyzstan on 12-13 March 2015 to promote exports of pharmaceutical products.
2. An exhibition of Indian pharmaceutical products was organized on March 12 at the Hyatt Hotel. Kyrgyz pharmaceutical companies got an opportunity to get acquainted with the products and find new ways of cooperation with the Indian exporters.
3. The opening ceremony was attended by dignitaries like Minister of Health of the Kyrguz Republic Mr. Batyraliev Talantbek Abdullaevich, Director of the Department of Asian and African Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mr. Mukhashev Daniar Muratbekovich, Ambassador of India to the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Jayant Khobragade and head of the Pharmexcil delegation Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha.
4. The Health Minister during his speech underlined the importance of import of quality medicines at affordable prices for the benefit of the people. The Ambassador of India to the Kyrgyz Republic expressed satisfaction on the growing relations in the pharmaceutical sector.
5. After the inauguration the Health Minister invited Indian delegation to the Ministry of Health and offered support in strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field of pharmacy within the framework of local law. The minister discussed the idea of opening a multi specialty hospital in Bishkek. The Indian delegation expressed deep gratitude to the Minister for giving his valuable time and offering full support to the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries.
