INDIAN CLASSICAL DANCE (KATHAK) CLASSES IN THE EMBASSY

 

                Embassy of India is pleased to announce that Indian Classical Dance (Kathak) classes will be conducted in its premises on a regular basis. The classes will be taken by a qualified Kathak Dance Teacher from India.

          The Dance Teacher holds Masters Degree in Kathak Dance.  She is graded Artist of Doordashan – T.V. Channel of India and is recipient of Girnar Ratna Award.  She has also performed in various Festivals in India and abroad.

          The classes will be held in the AYUSH Information Centre located in the Embassy premises as per following schedule:

Mondays               : 5.00 to 6.00 PM
Wednesdays          : 5.00 to 6.00 PM
Thursdays            : 5.00 to 6.00 PM

          The classes are beginning from 16th May 2016.  All interested persons may enroll themselves for the classes.  The contact point in the Embassy is Ms. Sakshi Kumar, Dance Teacher (Email ID: sakshikumar16@gmail.com).
